This is what I like. Just spoke with someone from Alexander Westcott: 1) The total outstanding shares is 20,000,000 2) The public float is now 7,000,000 3) They just did a financing for the company (504), adding 5 million shares to the float Now, a few weeks ago, we heard the float was 2 million, now, with 5 million added (and I'm told this is it for additional stock), it is 7 million, the numbers add up. I am always looking for things to make sense, and for the information to be legit. Well, this all adds up for me ! The company will be filing a 10Q and 10K at the end of the year, so that means they will be a reporting company. This makes it even better! I was very impressed with the person I spoke with, this company did well for themselves to get a major league investment firm behind them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS STOCK ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING I HAVE SAID HERE. YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO MAKE SURE YOU FULLY RESEARCH THIS STOCK BEFORE YOU INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS.
