I never listen to the right wing media- but some of its parrots post on SI, so one knows what goes on there. IMO Rush is a most fascinating person. The insane are always fascinating- and this man actually seems to believe the crap he spouts. It is punishment enough for these people that they seem to believe they are living in some sort of "end of days" scenario. They are, sadly, gigantic pussies- who were willing to do just about anything to keep themselves safe from "terrorists" who, statistically, posed very little threat to Americans, and now they're all afraid of Obama and "socialism" and "communism" even though I've no doubt many of these folks toddle off to the bank with social security checks they never paid enough in to the system to collect, and scarf up medicare benefits (benefits they never paid enough in to the system to cover)- so not only are they insane, their hypocrites- not unlike Rush- Mr. "ooh drugs are so bad. We should never legalize them. Drug criminals should go to jail." Then he doesn't go to jail for drug crimes, and I bet he cried like a little girl when they caught him. Man makes me sick. What a tool. "I'm appalled at people who simply want to look at all this abhorrent behavior and say, "Hey, you know, we can't control it anymore. People are going to do drugs anyway. Let's legalize it." It's a dumb idea. It's a rotten idea, and those who are for it are purely, 100 percent selfish." I'm appalled by scummy men who want to stay rich and famous and take drugs illegally all the while they crusade for other people to go to jail for drug crimes. Rush is a nasty piece of work. I hope he gets what he deserves some day.
