I'm too lazy to do this myself if someone else already has, but has anyone done a value analysis of ELN with the assumption that it's a one-trick (Tysabri) pony? I thought Tysabri would be the foundation and previously considered an Alzheimer's treatment to be a fair-probability blockbuster, but think it's come down to really having to consider this a Tysabri company that could eventually lose out to competing therapies and will lose out to generics down the road.
