Katelew; Those hundreds of thousands or dollars have to paid by someone. It will be millions before these are raised. This woman needs to be under mental care - and the fact that a dr. did this suggest to me he should be under mental care also. If this is a deal in which he/she did the operation for financial reasons, he should lose his license and never practice again. That California has not come out hard against this suggest to me that they just don't get it. Arnold, you got something to say?
