Under the current conditions this is true. But If Israel employs the anti-rocket equipment we've discussed, the rockets from Gaza are rendered neutralized. Then, continuing rocket attacks at Israel from Gaza amounts to a virtual Hamas banging its head against the wall, IMO. I find that unlikely. They may, and probably would, try something else. But they would likely stop those launches and even if they didn't there would be no damage to targets and justification for counter strikes on Gaza would require quite a stretch.
