Peter,
Looks like you have 20/20 vision in hindsight. Some day you will say AVNT was a better short than CDN.

Its not too late to learn Pete. Its much more fun beating the street and the hype analyst on the short side than being satisfied with the meager returns of the long side. Looking at todays action in the stock do you want to be long or short?

If I had known a week ago that there would be a tech meltdown and Costello! would resign I would have shorted CDN! and gone long AVNT!. Things are always 100% predictable in hindsight. The reason that CDN! has fallen more sharply than AVNT! is because CDN! was at an all time high, with lots of confidence in both the company's and the markets future. Now people are worried about both. People were already worried about Avant!'s future. The fact that Avant! could only do a meager test of the 50 day ma on the Costello! resignation was pathetic. Now, two years ago the much better play was short Avant! and long CDN!. Oh, that's that darn hindsight again.
