It may not reduce unemployment but it may prevent its increase. 10,000 folks employed on schools. Back come the food carts. They spend their pay as all folks do. Govt can stop paying unemployment to these folks. But with no construction, and tax cuts only with these potential workers out of the tax system due to poverty, they dont get one penny.

Come on Ten, please dont deny the obvious. Putting folks back to work for legit enterprises is a good thing.
