That's f'ng insane imo, if that's true.... Why build more houses when they are going to have bull doze a bunch?.. Wasting resources, wasting the environment, wasting the planet and wasting our future.. :(

He forgot the payments to bulldoze all the vacant, unnecessary housing stock already out there. Ya gotta pay a guy to dig the hole AS WELL as one to fill the hole.....
