I think we were at that point in October. I disagree, but I'm not sure there is anything either of us could easily note and link to to show the other person's claim as obviously false. One probably with government action can be that if major action is expected, everyone can hold off waiting for it (esp. if they don't know what form the government action can take). In one sense that's an argument for quick government action (to avoid any long holding periods), but in another is an argument against government action (to reduce or eliminate the expectation that caused the hold in the first place).
