The higher the risk, the higher the premium. Duh!

I guess that's why sick people can't GET insurance, BECAUSE the SYSTEM is working AS IT SHOULD.

Perhaps that's a problem?

I don't think it's fair or apt to beat up on health insurance for failing to do what insurance isn't well suited to do.
