ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION

This is Ancient History, It's not 1997 or 1996 it's February& March 1995.You can sure make history say anything you want. The fact is the short swere having their way with the stock, first helping it run up to the $8.00 range then shorting it into the sewer. They got it down to $1.89 when support showed up that took it back up to the $4.00 range.
Isn't it strange that they never get after the shorts who maliciously attack a small company, but the minute you try to support a stock (meaning getting in their way) your the bad guy.
The short Saboteurs attack Sungold 4 or 5 times between 1994 and Jan. 1997.The aforementioned stand off of 1994-1995 was significant, as the shorts were successful in shorting the stock down to a new low of $ 1.89.Fortunately the shorts were held off and the stock resumed a normal trading pattern between $2.25 and $3.50 from spring of 1995 to fall of 1996,when Sggnf Corporate development started to come together in Korea and Michigan.By this time SGGNF had attracted hundreds of new Brokers and thousands of new share holders, and the shorts could no longer contain the share prices.Angrily they shorted more at $3-4-5-6 and very heavy at $9 & $10.Undisturbed,the market continued to reflect the Corp. Development Of SGGNF and move to as high as CA$19.50.

SURPRISE SURPRISE the VSE began to halt the stock indiscriminantly.
Subsequently,SGGNF has been vindicated time and time again by it's Business Partners,KPMG,Marquette Advisors,Gilmore & CO.,Merit Investors and several International Legal Firms retained by Merit, and the shorts remain unapologetic.

Lets see the shorts buy their shares the good old fashion way, through the market like we all have to.

I suspect the Corporate fundamentals are even going to get better and the short sellers problems are going to grow larger.

HE WHO MAKES THE RULES, WINS THE GAME.

Buy leaving their slanted playing field, they have to start playing by NASDAQ rules, and they don't like it.

Are they angry YES .Are they going to take this lying down NO.They will pull out all stops, and stoop to new lows(if that is possible). You can expect more negative articles , ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR CHEEP STOCK,and then they will go away. Some of you will play right into their hands. THEY WIN ,YOU LOOSE.

It's easy being a short, all you have to do is say BOO and you get all the cheep stock you need.Well their NOT going to get mine.I hope they don't get yours.

GOOD LUCK TO US ALL

Jesse: The Saturday edition of the Vancouver Sun (E4) says Kim Hart was the person who ordered the stock manipulation and that he's being investigated by the BC Securities Commission. Could this be why Sungold has not been cleared to trade on Nasdaq BB?
