How come folks who are for business tax cuts arent for taking health care out of the employment situation. That would be a boon to business and the equivalent of a huge tax cut for business and the folks who pay in. Can we afford this now? Dunno. Can we afford not to address health care head on? Dunno either.

It's a nightmare of inefficiency.

It's a good part of why our medical care is the most expensive in the world.

Noooooo. Inode says we're the best. The BEST is always expensive but I'm not sure why.
