I could have written that. Became an orphan end of Jan. Mom only had comfort care at the end. Death is a tragedy when it is a 2 year old, but a blessing for the elderly.
Yer pills are in the false floorboard in yer living room. Don't thank me; I've seen the NSA tapes.

Put mom in hospice and she passed one month later. If we had pursued the hospital route, she would have had breathing tubes, feeding tubes all this to keep the shell of the person that used to be there alive. Sometimes i feel guilty, not because we put her in hospice but because at the end it was such a relief to the family that she passed.

Another problem we don't deal with very well as a society...culturally primarily.
