That was fast. :-) (Obama won't even BEGIN to introduce his first proposed budget --- for fiscal year 2010 --- to Congress until the end of next month. We, the United States of America, will still be operating from Bush's final budget all through this year. :-) Just as Dubbya's entire first year in office as President --- 2000 --- the country was still operating under the Clinton administration's final budget. Normal stuff, don't 'cha know!
