I think this is a very good point. Life is a gamble why put a limit on that gamble. A stop loss says how far you will gamble. Invest in good companies and trust your own DD. Boy that sounds good which I could follow that idea.. One point I may make is to buy half of what you are going to invest on the front end, watch and if it drops double your position, you can cover a loss quick on any rise. However you must do you own DD to determine you play.
