I completely agree about Pelosi from an image standpoint of view as being trouble for Obama. You shouldn't have someone who is from, arguably, the most liberal district in the country representing policy for a President who put together a coalition that attracted the center.

Obama has to be like Clinton and govern from the center.

Pelosi is rabidly partisan. We cannot forget the time, I think in October when she delivered that speech on the floor of the House and was so partisan, the the Congress folks who were reluctantly going to vote for the TARP the first time around switched 180 degrees.

But I spoke about Obama being pressured by the two Democratic leaders as some are alleging.
