Pretty hilarious.... I would vote in favor. But southern CA would need water from CO, some of which would flow through NM, AZ and/or NV. Might be a problem.

There was a novel written in the 60's--"Ecopia" I think--that had California, Oregon, and Washington seceding and forming one big ecological correct hippie nation.
