Did Williams ask Geitner why he evaded paying taxes for four years even though he was given the money to pay those taxes and notified by the IMF?

Sounds to me like he wasn't ready.

Sounds too me like they all weren't ready... still working on it. Maybe there is too much emphasis on a specific plan... this thing is still evolving and I think they need flexibility to react to 'events'.
