Listen moron, I live in WI. Did we have record warm today, yep. Are we having a very cold and below normal winter, big time yes. We've been below 0 since the first week in December almost constantly. The frost level is at 7 1/2' and water mains all over the northern half of the state are bursting. Cities are telling people to keep one faucet running at all time in an attempt to stop the mains and lines from freezing. So you can have your one warm day but you can kiss my ass if you want to talk about how warm it is in WI.
