I think Microsoft should be able to define Windows 95 however they want to... they own it. I don't think it is fair to restrict a manufacturers definition of their own product.

The question is from what does the definition of a single product arise? If IE is marketed and distributed as a separate product from Windows by Microsoft, then what does it mean for Microsoft to say that it's one product? Not much, according to the DOJ.
