If the census becomes politicized by this power grab, I won't take part in it. If the courts don't slap this down, then a boycott may be the only appropriate action to take..

Good point. Ought to get a grassroots campaign going to encourage people to refuse to take part.

That is just what they are hoping for. Then they can take seats from principled people and give them to the dependent burroughs.
