According to CJ unless they actual pass the bill and it's is signed by Obama then they never talked about it nor entertained the idea.

You know how dems are, they pass some bill out of the air and then talk about it.

But, they don't. Sure, there are some who feel we should have it again. But there has been no motion. The reasons for that are many. For one, how would you craft such a thing?

But, the only ones who have been discussing it are Rush listeners.
