Tom, I truly respect your opinion. However, the operative point
in your opinion is "quickly." If it takes 6-12 mos. to turn things around, it
must cost mfrs shipments, receivables, orders and stretch-outs. It took Mexico
2 years to squeeze out some of its corruption and stabilize its banking industry.
I see the same problem in SE Asia, Japan and Korea.
To add to the Asian situation,Intel just announced a one year construction
delay of a previously scheduled plant.
Tom, give me some good news, pleeaassee!!
