I'm taking a deeper look at almond milk.

I took another look at it from a calorie perspective. Them's some serious calories just to enrich a smoothie. I think I'd stick to cream.

I'm taking a deeper look at almond milk. I'm wondering about its omega-6 content. Apparently, there's more than one kind of omega-6 oil...

I didn't save the last link, but my recollection, almonds are among the higest in monounsaturated fats, and IIRC, low in Omega 6,

...and some omega-6 oils, in large quantities, are inflammatory (linoleic acid and arachidonic acid), while others aren't. I haven't sorted it out yet with regard to almond milk, and I won't be able to get around to it before tomorrow.

Yup. Linoleic is kind of a source material. Arachidonic acid is the evil guy (in excessive quantities). Good guy of Omega 6 is GLA. Excess Omega 6 intake will result in excess AA,
