Listen up pal. Demand for DUV steppers is at 700 for '98 and the industry can only supply 500. 80% to 90% will ship with a Cymer laser. That's the story. If you don't understand it, tough.

You may be right, but I think it's too early to really tell.

Wouldn't chip makers spend the miniscule amount to test and begin working with Cymer during this period?
