I had to go out before I could sniff around or listen to the CC. Now that I've gotten some exercise and some dinner, I've double checked with EDGAR just to make sure I had not missed anything. But indeed, there's been no filing or announcement of an ongoing deal; ergo, this must be a one time payment that resolves whatever issue, hence no amortization. $21 million seems material to me, but apparently ZGEN didn't think so, and sat on the news for a couple of months. Given that it's positive news, I guess the class action attorneys won't be on this case, as nobody did any insider buying since that event and prior to today. Cheers, Tuck
