Yup, ya can, but do ya really believe ya will.

In many cases people do pay health care costs out of pocket.

Lets go out for supper, i'm broke.

If the government forces me to pay for your supper, than it would be the government causing the harm to me. That doesn't mean there is no harm, or that I would welcome the opportunity to spend on others.
