Maybe it should, maybe it shouldn't. I'd say it shouldn't but even if we assume I'm wrong with that I don't see any logical connection to "the government should fund health care or health insurance for everyone", and the assertion that someone who get sick and doesn't have insurance or the funds to pay for care, is forcing you to pay for care.

If the government should pay for health care, that still wouldn't mean it has to, or that the sick person is compelling the payment. The sick person isn't a dictator of US government policy.
