DB: I know some folks like to sit around and worry about farfetched black helicopter scenarios; doesn't do much for me.

V: I think how much credence one gives to "black helicopter" scenarios depends on how close one has come to such.

DB: You will invest and manage your affairs better with a cool, candid take on what's going on.

V: This IS what I am trying do. Hope for the best, but plan for the worst. JMHO also.
