Exactly. You help support my point, that using Intel and roads as an example of where the government is more efficient is a bad example, since they are both able to higher contractors, and its contractors who actually do the work.

So you are saying the government has the expertise to build Intel's next fab as efficiently as Intel? And that Intel could build an Interstate as efficiently as the government?
