Every public appearance the President has made so far is nothing but a campaign stop. Elkhart, Ft. Meyers, Press Conference, etc.

I think it is because he doesn't know how to do anything else.

I don't think the nation can survive four years of constant campaigning. We need governance and thus far he has shown no aptitude for that.
