i am not smart enough to judge every program in the bill by this metric. Some more multiplicative than others. I will say that i am certain that most more multi than keeping bush tax cuts on high income. Many are less stimulative than giving a payroll tax holiday rather than fooling with income taxes. Dont know why they didnt do that or i bet i do--because then repubs will call Social security welfare because paid for by general funds. Also i loved my debit card idea on a use it or lose it basis.
