Regardless of what should be, the highest office generally goes to the best communicator. When Nixon was sweating like a stuffed pig in the debate versus Kennedy he lost. When Reagan was able to flip the age issue back on Ducokus (and other similar items) Reagan got the advantage. When democrats ran up huge budgets and got President Bush 41 to disavow his pledge for no new taxes he lost the next election. When Obama got away with the slogan Change you can believe in and McCain didn't have a snappy retort like TV ads showing nickles and dimes McCain lost. Right now the message that the liberal media is echoing is that we need Porkulus.
