I was "hoping" for a few moon shot like projects we could all watch unfold and track progress on - something with details like a nuke plant here and wind farm there - not appropriate $20B for energy to be allocated over time by committee and party hacks and special interests.

agree 100% instead of class warfare, obama should have done a better job selling this.

Why didn't he put in specific projects?
