Ironic that it would be you who points out that fact; As you are famous for applying nefarious intent and as you are one who rarely passes up an opportunity to apply some mendacious spin on just about any branch of any establishment, as it suits your partisan extremism. Would Hitler and Stalin have been able to have so many slaughtered if so many of their followers hadn't come to believe man is just another animal and there's no God above to judge humanity? Sure, religious people have committed atrocities and still do, though first they have to convince themselves they're doing it in God's cause. For someone not encumbered with a God at all there isn't a need for a rationale. What is killing off millions of humans if humans are just like baboons? Does that affect people's attitudes toward abortion? Take the million or so kids which die in the third world, many in Africa, yearly from malaria. Is it easier for liberal greens to insist DDT should be banned if they believe the people dying are members of a lower race as Darwin said? Now a liberal would never SAY that out loud, but do a lot of them believe it secretly? By their fruit you shall know them, said Christ.
