I saw a poster that showed similar PK in monkeys with a subq pump than with an infusion pump, and maybe they could even get away with daily subq injections.

Obviously a switch would require new trials and cause delay, but conceivably could be done in parallel.

But at the end of the day, if they can continue to show dramatic efficacy I'm not sure this issue will matter that much. If they can only show decent efficacy, then maybe it would be enough to kill it.
