The only reason they can do that is because they don't start wars. If they were fierce, warring people like us, they too couldn't afford to help out their unemployed as much as they do. That's probably the bulk of it. And ongoing military spending even without wars. I know this will piss off the Rs but we really need to cut back on the military spending and world cop sh*t. Its killing us economically and places like China, Russia and Brazil are really getting the jump on us.
