It also shows that you do not have an understanding of our fairly recent history.

The vast majority in Germany during WW II were not the core Nazi's who made the decisions to go to war against Europe and Russia... Don't forget Germany ended up being a police state with the SA Brownshirts, the Gestapo and the SS making sure the populace kept in line with Nazi policy. Those who tried to resist were arrested and interned in the concentration camps or sumarily executed (shot or guillotined). So, the vast majority of civilians that died in the firebombings of the allieds were not supportive of Hitler's regime - they just muddled through. These are the people you take delight in thinking about their fate. My point was that they could've eliminated the Hitler regime and cut the carnage. They chose not too. You, of course, distort my position into something like I would've supported Hitler. This is nothing farther from the truth.
