This is 100%, TOTALLY AT ODDS with what the outgoing intelligence people have said. Why would Obama take this position? He was handed a relatively safe situation. And the first thing he does is to tell terrorists we no longer consider them a major threat? This is beyond stupid, it is obviously not in America's interest. And it is shocking to me that after this testimony, NOT ONE NEWS ORGANIZATION has been heard commenting on it. The list of these kinds of blunders is growing to a point where you cannot simply attribute it to incompetence. This is looking intentional.
