"The best and only cure for corporatist corruption is limited government." Eliminate "personhood" for corporations. Each time a corporation is recognized by your state's Secy of State's office a new "person" is born with the same human rights as humans enjoy under the US Constitution. Limiting the liabilities of the incorporators and the shareholders to the assets of the corporations should not permit exploitation of the community at large for private purposes.
