Of course, I still wouldn't swim at San Onofre beach. I'll never forget a photo in the newspaper of a woman in a bikini sunbathing on the beach. In the background, of course, were the twin domes of San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant.

I forgot to mention.....the thing that bothered me most was that San Onofre sits on a fault or close to one. Reactors shouldn't be built anywhere near a fault no matter how inactive it is.
