Ok. First lets deal with your longs. Do you mind listing them and outlining your losses and long term goals?

I'll try to help you relieve the stress and still satisfy your urge to gamble. Leaving you exposed to the upside.

If not, I understand. My simple advice would be to buy some puts at least in the short term with the eye towards protection on further downside. If it goes up you'll get your money back.
