Nice to see a win for WSTL (even if it is just a skinny, puny little ISP). Something is always better than nothing. Although most of the focus has been on the potential "BIG ONES" like BC and GTE, I would not be surprised if we start seeing a whole slew of smaller rollouts by ISPs and CLECs who know a good service opportunity when they see it. Personally though, my portfolio seems to be reeling today with a bad case of the Asian flu. Hoping for a better Monday. Regards, Bret
