That's a bit of theatrics. My team develops thousand page manuals as well. How many execs actually read those manuals? None. They read the executive summary stating the cost and the benefit numbers with proof summaries. Our Senators have staffers that sum things up for them. It's the way of the world. Get used to it. Only amateurs like yourself would think execs have time to read every document produced in their company to make sure it is the best it could be. Leaders hire good people and then have to rely on them to do the due diligence and summarize the facts for their decision making. Of course, it might be too much to expect you to understand that, because you and the GOP are more interested in theatrical obstruction than in solving problems.
