Unless you are, you're stating an opinion about HAARP. Not a fact. Tesla made many theoretical predictions, but was unable to translate them all into reality. Followers who tried have been equally unsuccessful. Geniuses have their failures, too. They have wonderful flashes of insight, and ideas that just don't work. Einstein never achieved his Grand Unified Theory - but that doesn't diminish what he did achieve. Regards, Jim
