I've been experimenting with cooking vegetables for 25 years. I have come up with some wonderful recipes, and I'm proud to say everyone scarfs them up, and I'm always asked to bring a vegetable dish for pot lucks.

It is amazing how wonderful they taste when they're cooked right.

I too have a garden, but it's not quite as big as yours.

P.S. we're still eating Acorn squash we grew last Summer. ;)
