I'm often all about being carefully qualified in my statements, but that's like saying like saying "putting a loaded shotgun in your mouth and pulling the trigger is generally regarded as unhealthy".

I'm not even sure that Mugabe really thinks that printing pieces of paper with every larger numbers on them is really the way to increase wealth, he just either doesn't think much about it at all, or he figures that it will in the short run allow him to seize more of the declining wealth of the country and keep him in power a bit longer and that's all he cares about.
