Friedman writes alot of good articles. It's good to know the next generation is taking their planet seriously. Obama is a leader for the next generation. So I have high hopes that the views held by the GOP and the majority on this thread will be dying a slow death over the next 20-30 years, as people my age start to die off. That will make way for better ideas that are more sustainable and wean this country off of things like oil and a consumption lead economy that have lead us to the brink of ruin.
