As far as anyone can see, most of the bill is nothing but stuff like I listed. Its mostly pet projects of this or that politician. Yes, they should scrap the bill.

Now its your turn. You list things in the bill that are vital and important that they be spent.

If your claim that pork is a small part of the bill, this should be easy for you. You should be able to post items totalling hundreds of billions since the bill is so massive.
