The US ALREADY has two expensive wars going on (expected to continue bleeding us financially and otherwise for at least a decade or more to come). China, Russia, etc., are fully aware of these facts. Expect they will just sit back, concentrate on increasing their wealth, their economic and military strengths... and be happy watching while we continue to spin our wheels for a while more --- permitting them to increase their power relative to ours.
